The height of customization can be found in the Walther SP22. A 22.LR caliber pistol, the SP22 is perfect for target shooting, competition, plinking, or small game hunting. Available in four models, each with its own standard features, the user can pick exactly which pistol meets their individual needs.
The basic models, SP22 M1 and SP22 M2, are good starter pistols for beginners or junior shooters with 4” and 6” barrels respectively. Each comes equipped with a two-stage trigger with adjustable trigger stops. The advanced models, SP22 M3 and SP22 M4, have the same two-stage trigger but have slack and force adjustment added to the trigger stop and also come equipped with features geared for more competitive shooting.
Any model of the Walther SP22 can be easily modified, however, due to the pistol’s modular design concept. In this sense, each pistol is a blank canvass to be filled with a variety of sights, weights, grips, barrels, etc. to suit the imagination and specifications of the individual shooter.
