9mm VS 40S&W

This ammo decided if I would carry the WIMPY 9mm in XD Sub9. I water tested it against 40S&W Win. Ranger which expanded the fullest comparted to COR BON Defense HPs and Rem. Golden Saber 180gr HPs. Though the Ranger expanded slightly above PENNY size (3/4 inch), the 135gr FED HS was right on the money w/ the Ranger. THE 9mm can KEEP UP WITH THE 40S&W in FED. HS 135gr. THE two pistols shot at that time were Taurus Mil. 9 (SC) and an XD 40 w/ 4" bbl. in 2007 [tsgO) Terry of Tennessee.
