It takes some getting used to if one has been using the good old high quality leather but once you learn how the rapid draw works and how to properly position the holster it is great. I just wish this one came as a swivel or rotating type holster for crossdraw though. But regardless, as one who said "never plastic" I give it 4 stars (5 only go to the finest Bianchi, sorry)
